It might not sound appealing to all however this fresh raw (cold) soup is full of flavour and the perfect light meal or even can be served as a starter.


As it is not heated the full benefit of hemp can be absorbed!


1kg ripe tomatoes

1 ripe red pepper

1 ripe green pepper

100g hemp seeds

100g crusty bread

Hemp Oil to drizzle

1 cucumber peeled and sliced

3 garlic cloves

balsamic vinegar
150 ml good quality olive oil
sea salt


Blend together the tomatoes, peppers, garlic in a food processor with olive oil. Untill all are really smooth. Add the crusty bread (in chunks) and blend again.

Add a couple of pinches of salt and a glug of balsamic vinegar.


Drizzle with hemp oil to serve!
