Mango Madness

Most of our customers say smoothies is their favourite way to introduce hemp seeds into their daily routine.

 

So quick to make, cheaper than buying them pre-bottled and can be frozen if made in bulk.

 

This considered we thought we should share our favourite smoothie of the week, simple but super sweet and juicy! 

 

For 2 large glasses:

 

1 ripe mango

1 large juicy orange

1 banana

150ml water

25g shelled hemp seeds

 

All you need is a food processor, or nutri bullet type gadget! Peel and chop all the fruit into manageable pieces blend and add water to avoid it being to thick! Ice is also good for a smoothie slushie!
