Please note the shipping is next day, however we usually ship hummus orders on Wednesday and Thursday - please advise us if you need this for a specific day.

A modern take on a middle eastern classic. Authentic flavours using a family recipe dating back several generations combined with protein rich hemp seeds and nutty cold pressed hemp seed oil. A delicious source of protein, omega 3, 6 & 9 and fibre. 
 
Minimum 8 day shelf life - all are suitable for freezing!
 
 
Base ingredients : Chickpeas, water, cold pressed hemp oil, cold pressed olive oil, hemp seeds, tahini (sesame), lemon juice, garlic, salt*, cumin, citric acid, black pepper, paprika. (*denotes approved non organic ingredient)
